"Brad, We cooked on our new Classic II last evening. I'm sure you understand the slight trepidation we were encountering having never used a Holland Grill before. Our fare was Pork Ribs and I asked my wife as she was removing them what condiment she had used to make the ribs so picturesque. Her deadpan answer was "salt and pepper." I can honestly say the taste was as appeasing as the appearance and preparation was so carefree not having to concern ourselves with "flare-ups". Congratulations on the finest product available today."
