4-8oz. Rib Eye Steaks
Black Pepper (to taste)
Brad Holland's Carolina Seasoning Mix (to taste)
Garlic Powder (to taste)

Preheat Holland Grill. Season steaks to taste. Allow steaks to stand at room temperature about ½ hour. Place steaks on Holland Grill for 10 minutes turn and grill 10 minutes of second side, or until they reach preferred doneness.
