4 pound Sirloin Roast
1 package of ready bake rolls (10 count)
1 package of Knorr Bernaise sauce
Marinade
50% Italian dressing 30% White Wine
10% Worchestershire Sauce 10% Soy sauce
Seasoning Salt Parsley
Italian Seasoning Garlic
Garlic Powder Black Pepper
Marinade roast overnight. Preheat Holland Grill. When ready to grill, sprinkle with pepper to taste, place in Holland Grill fat side down for one hour, turn and grill with fat side up for 1-1/2 hours, until done. Check the internal temperature with a Holland Thermo/Timer. The internal temperature should be between 130-140 degrees F.
Let roast stand for about 20 minutes, slice thin and serve on heated roll topped with bernaise sauce.
