Milwaukee Stew
Grilling time: 75 minutes
NOTE: You need the Holland Sideburner accessory for this. If you don't have one, try it on your stove top.

2 lbs boneless pork in 1/2" cubes |

1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley |
 |
4 sliced onions |
 |
1-14 oz. can chicken broth |
 |
1 garlic clove minced |
 |
1 bay leaf |

2-3 Tbs oil |
 |
flour |
 |
salt and pepper |
 |
1-12 oz. can of beer |
 |
2 Tbs. red wine vinegar |
 |
1 Tbs. brown sugar |

Directions
Cut pork into 1/2" cubes and dust with flour, salt and pepper. In a heavy hot iron skillet, on your side burner, add the oil. On medium heat, add pork and brown. Add onions and garlic, cook and stir for 5 minutes. Pour off any drippings. Stir in parsley, bay leaf, broth, beer, vinegar and brown sugar. Lower heat, cover and simmer for 1 1/4 hours or until pork is tender, stirring occasionally.
Serve with buttered noodles, rye bread and red cabbage.
Works equally well with beef cubes.
