Barbeque Rub

Just look at all the tasty ingredients in this awesome rub. Give it a try instead of sauce.

1/2 cup cane sugar
1/2 cup dark brown sugar
1/3 cup seasoned salt
1/3 cup garlic salt
1/3 cup onion salt
1/2 cup paprika
2 Tbs chili powder
2 Tbs dry mustard powder
2 Tbs rubbed sage
1 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp ground thyme
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp ground nut meg
2 Tbs black pepper
Directions
Combine all of the ingredients in a sifter and sift to blend well. Will store in refrigerator for 2-3 weeks or in the freezer for up to 6 months.
