Complete Breakfast

Nothing like grilling your breakfast on the Holland Grill on a cool Sunday morning. (or any morning for that matter). Try this complete breakfast on your Holland and you may never use the stove again!

6 large eggs
1 lb roll Jimmy Dean regular sausage
1 tube Pillsbury Jr. Grands Butter-tastin biscuits
Green onion
Carolina Seasoning
Shredded cheese
whole milk
Directions
Crack the eggs into a large pyrex measuring cup; add a splash of whole milk and a few shakes of Carolina Seasoning. Stir vigorously with a fork until mixture is smooth. Pour into a foil muffin pan that has been sprayed with PAM; set aside. Cut Jimmy Dean sausage into 10 equal patties.
Place muffin pan filled with egg mixture on top of the half grid of your preheated Holland and grill about 7-10 minutes. (you can place muffin pan in the center of the main cooking grid if you do not have the half grid. However you may have to adjust cooking time)
After 10 minutes, place sausage patties in a horseshoe pattern around the outer edges of the preheated Holland on the main cooking grid, leaving about an inch clearance from the edge. Grill 10 minutes; After 10 minutes place individual biscuits in the center and turn sausage with tongs. Grill biscuits for 4-5 minutes on the first side (or until they "puff" up) and then turn biscuits and grill 4-5 more minutes. Sprinkle diced green onions and shredded cheese on top of eggs during the last five minutes of grilling time. Eggs should be firm and done after a total of 25-30 minutes; Sausage and biscuits will be ready after a total of 20 minutes; Make sausage and egg biscuit sandwiches; serve with hot coffee, cranberry juice and some fruit and you've got yourself the complete Holland-grilled breakfast.
