Wash potatoes, do not peel, slice into thin slices
Layer them in a single layer directly on the main grill
Spray with Pam Spray
Sprinkle with Carolina seasoning to taste
Cook 15 minutes
Turn, spray and sprinkle the other side
Cook 15 minutes
