Vegetable a la Holland

Grilling time: 50-60 minutes

2 zucchini
2 medium onions quartered
2 medium potatoes quartered
1/4 cup grated cheddar cheese
2 medium turnips quartered
salt
pepper
1/2 stick butter
Directions
Spray 9" pan with Pam. Wash potatoes and slice thick. Intermix in the pan potatoes, squash, and turnips, and salt and peper to taste. Place pats of butter over top of mix. Cover with foil and seal. Place container in preheated Holland Grill for 50-60 minutes. Remove from grill and sprinkle cheese over top. Let stand until the cheese melts.
