Ribs. Everyone has their "secret." Our secret is...there is no secret. This recipe gives you tender, moist ribs with just the right amount of "chew". Very Simple. Delicious and Reliable.
Wash ribs and shake dry. Sprinkle generously with Brad's Carolina Seasoning. Peel off the membrane from the underside of the ribs. Lay flat on the cooking grid of preheated Holland Grill. Grill for 45 minutes, meat-side down. Place ribs in pan and cover with sauce. Cover pan with foil and place back on the grill for an additional 45 minutes.
