Grilling time: 50 minutes
Combine vinegar, lemon and oil. Baste both sides of ribs with vinegar mixture and season lightly with Holland's Greek Seasoning Mix. (If you don't have any, go to www.hollandgrill.com and you can either find your local dealer or buy some directly from Holland.)
Place ribs in preheated Holland Grill, meat side down for 20 minutes, Baste both sides, turn and grill meat side up for 20 minutes longer. If needed, baste both sides, turn, season and grill for 10 more minutes.
