We have a Fresh Market near the house...they sell pecan crusted chicken! Preheat the grill...insert a thermometer and when it reaches 180 degrees..take it off..you are ready for something special. Add salad and veggies and you are good to go. I love this stuff and so does everyone that tried it. |

Chet, we just got a Holland yesterday. Going to fire it up today. I used to live in Madison and loved the Fresh Market for meat, specifically the chicken varieties. Going to try to find something similar to the pecan chicken up here and cook it on the Holland! |
