Our Open House 2008 Cookbook is now available to anyone who would like me to e-mail it to them. rrickert@neo.rr.com Also, I've had a lot of people ask me what to use to clean the grill inside and out. One of the best products I've found is Dawn Power Dissolver. Sold at every store that has Dawn Detergent. Spray it on everywhere, let it soak overnight, and then a bucket of soapy water takes everything off. Will not hurt the finish on Stainless Steel and will take off the baked on stains. You may have to give it a second or third coating around the inside of the smoke-stacks. |

I once had a recipe for brisket; it required cooking the brisket on the rack for about 45 minutes; then taking it off and wrapping it in foil (covered with one cup of barbeque sauce). I think it was then cooked in the foil for another 2-3 hours. It was tender and very good. I can't find that recipe anywhere. Do you know where I can find it? Thanks, fred@ccdbuilding.com |
