Buffalo Griller

.....I tried this last night and it was AWESOME. Husk the corn, drizzle with melted butter and cayenne pepper and roll in foil place on grill for 35 minutes. Unwrap and enjoy. Does anyone have any other corn on the cob recipes they'd like to share?

You're on the best one I've found so far. I do add some Holland Carolina Seasoning before sealing the foil, however.

You can also just toss a wetted ear of cork right on the grid for about the same time. It will tend to take on some of the other aromas and flavors from the sizzling drip pan. It's possibly even better than the foil cooked corn, but you'll have to handle it hot to remove the husk and prepare it for eating. One thing I saw on a UTube vid, was to just cut the thing all the way through back near the stalk end, pick up the opposite end and the ear will fall out, free of silk, right onto your plate.

Happy eating.
