Building a new house, want to istall a indoor gas grill inside a brick lined chimney with powered vent hood inside the chimney. Is a Holland grill a option in this case? I would think the smoke would be fairly limited compared to a normal grill? Most likley I will have a commercial vent hood installed, so cfms (1500 -2000) is possible. Your Thoughts? |

Frank, Not a good idea. Most grills are made for outdoor use only, including the Holland. From the manual: • THIS COOKING APPLIANCE IS FOR OUTDOOR USE ONLY AND SHALL NOT BE USED IN A BUILDING, GARAGE OR ANY OTHER ENCLOSED AREA. Your homeowners insurance should be considered too. |
