Dave, Rub with olive oil, sprinkle with Carolina seasoning & grill on the Holland until the internal temp is 165/170. Remove, rest 10 minutes & slice. |

I cook mine about the same way. Lightly coat with olive and just lightly sprinkle a some seasoning salt and cook to 165. It should be a nice golden brown when done and very juicy ! Let it cool down for 10-15 mins so that it will be easier to slice. |
