Tried something different...cooked Salmon fish wrapped in parchment paper! Two 4 oz slices of salmon.. Rinse salmon, I teaspoon of extra vrgin oil on each piece, sprinkle with chopped basil, salt & pepper, slice of lemon or orange on salmon. Wrap in parchment paper or put in parchment bag...place in preheated grill for 22 minutes! Carefully remove from grill...remove fish and let it set on plate a few minutes! Bingo!! Quick easy meal! Tastes great...I thought the bag would catch on fire but it did fine...
