Done my first turkey yesterday on the Epic and Oh way it so good. The breast was as juicy as could be, they juice ran out of it as I was trimming it. I done nothing but rub a lil olive oil all over sprinkle the Carolina seasoning and a lil Kick-N Chicken from weber and poof 2 1/2hrs later we had a PERFECT Turkey.. I went till 180deg in the thigh and it was great. Well enough rattling from me, hope everyone in Holland Grill land along with their families has a Great THANKSGIVING!!!! Did I mention Turkeys cook excellent on the Hollands? :)
