Do not ask people to post their email publicly in an open forum like this. For starters I don't see any sort of a privacy policy posted anywhere on this site. This puts your company on some shaky legal ground. Second posting your email in the open pretty much guarantees that anyone who does will have their spam traffic increase dramatically at best. I would like a copy of the cookbook, but I refuse to compromise my privacy rights to get it. |

I am embarrassed to say I own a Companion that I won in a raffle that has sat unused for 4 years in a closet. I've always cooked on a traditional larger gas grill. The large grill is in good shape, but I'm getting an itch to buy a newer big grill and thought I'd try a few things on the Companion to see if this type of convection grill is what I want in my next big one. I love the Holland grill. Before I purchased one, I was buying a new grill every 3 to 4 years because it was cheaper to buy one than fix the old one with burners grids etc. At first I was skeptical about the holland because of the one heat setting. Now after owning one I would not own anything else. I could never cook ribs on a grill before but now i can. Everything i cook on it is delicious and juicy. The whole family loves it. I would love the new coobook. |

This note is in addition to the one I posted yesterday in reagards to the NEW Wireless timer/thermonmeter. After reading the instructions, yes reading all the instructions and putting in new/fresh (2015-expire) batteries. I am so far very DISAPPOINTED. When you put the remote in the cradle all you get is a very dull, little peep. So I set the clock timer and the same thing. Quiter then an alarm clock, microwave, or any other timer. Not at all loud enough to get your attention if have a radio or tv on while waiting for meal to finish cooking on grill. It is just a little chirp--there is NOTHING in the instructions as far as adjusting the level of soundness.VERY DISAPPOINTED!! Compare this to the older Holland Digital Thermometer, when you set even just the clock timer, can hear it almost everywhere in house, including basement. LOUD LOUD. IF anyone has had this same problem or was yours loud enough to be heard. I am going to return this, and continue to use old one or purchase a wireless at local store or on line. There are alot out there with great reviews. PLEASE HELP--really want it to work correctly Thank You For Any Help From Anyone Demostrater do you have any suggestions? |
