I want to try to cook a prime rib on my "heritage". What temp? how long? Seasoning? I've heard 325F for 12min/lbs. I've had the Holland for about 5 years and would never consider another brand again. I absolutely love this grill! Any help would be great. thanks

I have done prime rib on a Weber gas grill before, but not a Holland. On the "other" grill, I cooked it at about 250 degrees for just under 20 minutes per pound. It is wonderful! I can't wait to try this on a Holland.

Try downloading the recipe books (search the blog). Prime Rib is in one of them. Follow the instructions and you will NOT be disappointed.
