Using the Digital Thermometer

Using a digital thermometer will make sure your food is perfectly done.

Using a digital thermometer will make sure your turkey, chicken or ham is done to perfection. Don't guess -- be sure. Use a digital thermometer. And remember, "if you're lookin', you're not cookin'"

Slide the probe into the turkey breast (or other thicker part of the meat) and be sure to not let it touch a bone. Place the thermometer unit on the side shelf, close the lid and wait for the beep. Turkey's, Boston Butt's, and whole chickens are done to perfection when the internal temperature of the meat reaches 180 degrees F.
