Whole pork loins are one of the simplest yet most delicious dishes to prepare on The Holland Grill. It's lean, no bones and best of all...it tastes wonderful!

Carolina Roast Pork Loin

Grilling Time: 1 1/2 to 2 hours
Main Food Grid

3-4 pound Whole Boneless Pork Loin (do NOT use pork tenderloin)
1 teaspoon Salt
3 finely minced Garlic Cloves
1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
1 tablespoon crumbled dried Rosemary
2 tablespoons Olive oil
1 tablespoon crushed Fennel seed
Combine all ingredients and rub on the pork. Place the pork loin in a zip lock bag and refrigerate for 8 hours.
Preheat Holland Grill. Place loin on Holland Grill for two hours or until done. (Use our Wireless digital thermometer probe. insert the probe at least 1 inch into the thickest part of the meat and set it for 160 degrees. Or, you can simply use our new Quick Read digital thermometer to check the temperature during cooking. NOTE: The Quick Read should NOT be left inside the grill. It is for inserting and removing to give you a quick temperature check).
Let rest for 10 minutes and slice. Serve with buttery mashed potatoes and cornbread for a delicious meal. Oh, and don't forget the sweet tea!
