Holland Breakfast Pizza

This is sure to become a family favorite breakfast by the slice on your Holland Grill!

1 tube of Pillsbury pizza crust
6 thick bacon slices
10 Jimmy Dean sausage patties
shredded deli ham
3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
6 eggs
Carolina Seasoning
Preheat your Holland Grill. Remove pizza crust from tube and spread to cover medium size round pizza pan; set aside. Precook bacon and sausage on your Holland Grill, about 6-7 minutes per side for bacon and about 8 minutes per side for sausage. Sprinkle Carolina Seasoning on pizza crust. Crumble cooked bacon and sausage on to crust.

Spread about 3/4 cup shredded deli ham over bacon and sausage. Pour 6 raw eggs over top of the meat. Place pizza on the preheated grill using a Holland half grid*.

Cook mixture approximately 25-28 minutes or until eggs are frim and crust is golden brown. After about 20 minutes of cooking, open grill and add 3/4 cup of shredded cheddar cheese over pizza. Finish cooking. Enjoy a complete breakfast in a slice!

* Note: It is important to use the half grid to get the pizza pan off the main cooking grid to avoid over cooking the crust.
Substitute your favorite cheese and sausage. Add spices, chopped green peppers, onions or tomatoes if desired.
