Buckeye Meatloaf
You've got to try this recipe for meatloaf made famous all over the Northeast by the "demonstrators" of our great friends at HG Distributing. It's a keeper!

3 lb. Ground Chuck |

2 Large Eggs |
 |
1 1/4 c Bread Crumbs |
 |
1 tbsp Carolina Seasoning |

1/2 cup BBQ Sauce, sweet |
 |
1/2 cup Onion, diced fine |
 |
1/2 cup Celery, diced fine |

Directions
Mix all ingredients together very well. Knead like bread dough until all ingredients stick together.
Divide mixture in half (will be about 2 lbs. each; form into 2 meat loaves)
Use a 7x9 glass dish to form your meat loaves, about 1 1/2 to 2" thick
Place meatloaf directly on cooking grid in preheated Holland Grill (Do not use foil or the glass dish)
Grill approximately 35-35 minutes or until the internal temp of the meat reaches 169 degrees.
