Judy's Breakfast Casserole

Judy from Marietta, Ga. gave us this wonderfully delicious recipe that you will absolutely love any time of year.

8-10 slices of bread
1/2 lb bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/2 lb mushrooms, sliced
1/2 lb green peppers
1/2 lb cheddar cheese, shredded
6 eggs, beaten
about 1 1/2 cups milk
1/2 tsp Holland Carolina Seasoning

Preheat Holland Grill. Spray a 9x13 pan with vegetable oil. Cut crust from the bread and cover the bottom of the pan with the slices. Layer bacon, mushrooms, green pepper and cheese in the pan. Beat 6 eggs and add enough milk to make 2 cups total. Pour over bread and layers. Refrigerate overnight. Grill for 30 minutes or until eggs are firm.
