Plan ahead and be ready for those big BBQ events!

Pulled Pork Double Wrap Method

When you have a big group coming over, pulled pork is easy, delicious and can be cooked ahead of time and reheated. Serves a whole bunch of folks. 

2 8-10lb Boston Butts (maximum 4)
Yellow Mustard
Carolina Seasoning (or your favorite)

Rub the mustard all over the Butts and coat with Holland's Carolina Seasoning. Place on preheated grill for 2 hours; Remove butts after 2 hours and double-wrap tightly with heavy duty foil. Place wrapped butts back on grill for 2 more hours or until internal meat temperature is 180 or a lttle higher.

When butts are done, place wrapped butts into a little cheap styro foam cooler for about 3-4 hours. 

Unwrap and shred. You can either serve directly or refrigerate or freeze in gallon storage bags to serve at a future date. 

REHEAT: place desired amount of pulled pork into foil pan and add your favorite sauce. Place covered with foil on preheated grill until meat is hot, stirring occasionally. 

The yellow mustard makes this dish special!
