Ribs Cantonese

Grilling time: 1 hour

4-5 lbs country-style ribs
1 cup low sugar orange marmalade
1/4 cup soy sauce
3/4 cup water
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
For the marinade: Combine all ingredients (except ribs), blend well and place in a zip lock bag with ribs. Marinate 1 to 2 hours.
Remove ribs from marinade and place in preheated Holland Grill for 20 minutes. Brush with the marinade, turn and grill for 20 more minutes. Turn ribs again, grill for another 20 minutes or until done. Remove ribs to a warm platter and serve with your favorite vegetables.
