Chicken & Pork Kabobs

Avid Holland-griller Tom K from the great state of North Carolina knows how to use his Holland. Here's one of Tom's most recent delicious meal ideas for you to enjoy.

White Onions
Green Bell Peppers
Boneless Chicken Breasts
Pork Tenderloin
Directions

Cut chicken into chunks roughly the size of a silver dollar and 3/4" thick; Place into ziplock bag and cover with Zesty Italian Dressing. Allow to marinate in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.


Cut Pork Tenderloin into same size chunks. Cut thick slices of onion and peppers; slide onto heavy wood skewers in order. Season liberally with your favorite seasoning. (We recommend our Chicken & Chop Rub).


Place skewers on preheated grill for 6-7 minutes; Turn skewers one half turn and grill another 6-7 minutes or to preferred doneness. Remove and serve for some awesome eating!
