Baked Sweet Potatoes

A quick and healthy way to have sweet pototates.

Whole sweet potatoes.
Wash potatoes and wipe with olive oil. In preheated Holland Grill place potatoes on cooking grid for 40 minutes. Potatoes will squeeze soft when done.

Works equally as well with white potatoes.
