After cooking an 8# Boston Butt on the Holland (turned out great!) and pulled the meat apart, what's the best way to reheat it for a BBQ tomorrow?
Should I put it in a crockpot with BBQ sauce tomorrow morning...don't want it to dry out? How long can I keep it in the refrigerator, or should any leftover be frozen? Thanks!

I'd go with the crockpot to reheat it. Put some liquid in there--I use the Eastern Caolina sauce on this website--or pour a little beer in the crockpot. You don't need to crockpot it long, just until hot if it's already pulled real good. It freezes great in a gallon zip lock bag--I suck the air out of the bag with a straw and freeze it.

I took my pan of pulled pork out of the fridge, squirted a little bbq sauce on top, covered with foil and put back on the Holland for about 20 mins. Nice and juicy, tender and no croc pot cleanup.
