Topic Title: Turkey Breast suggestions?

Mrs. brought home a 3lb. whole butterball turkey breast and wants it done on the Holland. I am new to the grill so am looking for tips. thanks.

Turkey breasts are great and simple on the Holland. Thaw it completely, season it liberally with Carolina seasoning and let it sit out on the counter a while (30-45 minutes) to let the seasoning absorb. Then place it in the center of the preheated Holland, close the lid and go do something fun. If you have a meat thermometer, it's done when the internal temperature of the meat reaches 180 degrees. Holland has a timing chart on their website under RECIPES that gives pretty good cooking time suggestions.
