Just got done doing two eight pound processed hams and thought I'd share the recipe as everyone loved it. I put each in their own aluminum pan, poured enough Coca-Cola to have at least an inch in each pan. ( You can use Dr. Pepper, too ) Put them on the Holland until they reached 130 degrees, brushed on a honey mustard glaze that I read from Carl on this site. Continued until they got to 145 degrees and let them cool and sliced. The Coke neutralizes the salt and give the ham a sweet taste. I had to add Coke one time through the three hour process. Guarenteed to satisfy.
