Let the steak come to room temperature by leaving it out for at least 30 to 45 minutes. If it's frozen, put it in a ziplock bag and toss in it some cold water for about an hour. Then let sit out for about 15 minutes. This is important if you want it to be tender.

Fire up the Holland and preheat to 400F to 420F.

Rinse and pat dry the steak. I will lightly coat with a bit of good olive oil and then sprinkle on some lemon pepper seasoning. I like the Holland brand (the McCormick lemon pepper herb is awful - stay away from that stuff!).

Toss the steak on the grill. For an inch thick T-Bone, I cook about 7 or 8 minutes per side. For 1-1/1 or 1-1/2 inch thick T-Bone, I'll go about 9 minutes per side. This will produce a medium rare to medium cooked steak. It'll be moist and tender (assuming you have a good cut of beef).
