Anyone cook a whole freash ham

Big Grillah

I took this off Holland's website recipe section for cooking a ham. It's actually listed under Poultry.
TO GRILL A HAM -- Grilling your Holiday ham uses practically the same procedure as grilling the turkey. If your ham is PRECOOKED (it usually says on the label and is the most common way to buy a ham) all you need to do is season the ham with Carolina Seasoning and grill the ham until the internal temperature of the thickest part of the meat reaches 140 degrees.
If the ham is raw, grill it until the internal temperature of the meat is 180 degrees.
You can make up a quick and easy glaze using equal parts brown sugar and yellow mustard. Brush the glaze over the ham the last half hour or so of grill time.

Here's a picture of a grilled ham I did on my Holland.

We cooked a ham on our holland. I closed the drain and used a quart of apple juice in there. We cooked it for 2 hours and it was so juicy and really good.
