anyone ever cooked a whole fresh ham on your holland. Would be interested in recipes / times etc


I have done whole fresh hams. I like to season the ham the night before with a rub. Put it on the grill and then I roll it over after going to an internal temp of 135. I go until the internal temp is 165 then I wrap it in foil. Go to 185 if you want to slice it or 200 internal if you want it like pulled pork. Time depends on the size of the ham and temp of the grill. I always just cook by internal temp and if I am ready an hour or 2 ahead of time I just place it in a 5 day cooler and let it steam itself.
