Topic Title: Steaming w/Companion

I just got my Companion grill. I thought there was a valve to close and hold water like the other models, but there isn't. Any ideas as to how to use the Companion grill for steaming. I thought I could use a cork.

Thanks for being a loyal Holland customer.

Companions were not designed to steam or hold liquid in the drip pan.
The reason is safety! The Companion is a portable grill. It can be bumped, knocked off a picnic bench or picked up with hot liquid in the drip pan.
Please do not attempt to block the drain pipe with anything.

You can cook a little slower with the Companion by turning the gas valve thing on LOW setting.
