Tim from Madison

I have company coming and want to do a turkey breast on my companion. It is a whole breast with the bone in and there is not a pop up timer.

I plan to use alder shavings for a mild smoke flavor.

Any tips?

Here's how I do turkey breast on my Holland.
Spray with butter spray(browns better)
Sprinkle with your favorite seasoning, I use Holland Carolina seasoning.
Preheat grill, place turkey breast in center of cooking grid. Cook until internal temp of breast is 160 degrees. You can flip once about half way through if you like. The only thing better is a bunch of chicken breasts cook the same way. Enjoy.
