Has anyone tried shake-n-bake on pork chops in their Holland?

I'm gonna try it tonight unless someone has a better idea. If they turn out, I'll let you know.

I'll answer my own message: They turned out perfect!

Shake-n-Bake pork chops on the Holland are absolutely awsome!!!

Just follow the regular baking instructions on the package, but leave out the baking dish. Get the chops damp with water, shake them in a plastic bag and follow the time chart for chops on the Holland. Place them right on the cooking grate. Be sure to preheat the grill.

Who knew?

Sounds good, Did the coating stay on when you flipped them? How thick were they and what was your cooking time? Thanks.

Have you tried the Holland Carolina breader mix? It works like Shake-n-Bake, but has a bit more flavor & a little more snap to it. I bought it on this site under "seasonings & sauces". I really like it.
