Dave

Looking for any good or bad on the Premier 2 model grill, I have a neighbor who is moving and wants me to buy it, I see these are meant for slow cooking, I have been interested in getting a slow cooking grill or smoker, and it appears this model has a tray for wood chips, the whole thing appears to be stainless and built well, should last quite a few years, I have a Weber gas grill that I love, but the idea of slow cooking turkeys, chicken and pork has got me interested.
Is there anything I should check on this model.
Any comments appreciated
Thanks

Does it get up to temp? Should run around 425. If not it may need a new regulator & hose.

I forgot to add he wants $200.00 for it, wont take less, I tried
Grillin thanks for the comments, I know it does not have a built in Thermometer, but I could check it with my oven/grill thermometer once it heats up.

If it heats up it's worth it. I have 2 I bought used & paid 175 for one & 200 for the other. You wont go wrong.

Dave

Grillin' just curious, why would you buy 2 of the same grills, does anything rot out on the inside I should check.

I have one at home & one at my camper. I also have a Companion so in all I have 3 Hollands. One important thing to remember is that these are USA made so if you do need parts you can get them. Even a re-built Holland is way better than any big box store grill.
