Has anyone done boneless ribs on the Holland? If so how long or any other tips?


I have grilled country style (thick) ribs and the time was about 12 minutes and turned for another 10 to 12 minutes. I cleaned them and then used the Carolina rub plus some sea salt that I believe helps with making them moist. If using bone in I usually grill them for about 5 to 7 minutes more each side.


Treat the just like any other ribs temp wise.
They prob wont take as long to cook due to no bone.
To me, they are better than the bone in ribs. I cant understand why people pay so much for a slab of ribs and most of it is bones.
