Roll Tide Griller

Had some thick cut chops last night. My wife said they were the best she has ever had. She asked me what I did different I tried to explain that it's the grill. She said "I find that hard to believe."

I might just start taking credit and saying it's the cook. LOL


My Girl Friend thought I was nuts when I bought my Epic. After cooking on it for A month now and espicially after I cooked A pork Butt on it she thinks it's the best Grill Ever.

How did you cook the butt? I'm wanting to do one but it seems like everyone has a different way of doing it.


Hi Roll Tide Griller I didn't do it the long slow way. I just seasoned it really well with Carolina seasoning put A digital thermometer in it, and cooked it to 160 deg. It turned out really Good. Went to my Butcher and had him cut me a 4# roast


I did a butt last weekend the quick & dirty way. Seasoned with Rump Shake, slapped on the grill at full heat, cooked to 175 internal,took it off & wrapped in foil for 30 minutes. Not quite as tender as pulled pork, but perfect for sliced pork sandwiches. Just awsome flavor without much effort. I highly recommend the Holland Rump Shake seasoning on almost everything.
