Topic Title: Brand new Apex getting way too hot

I just used my brand new Apex for the first time yesterday. It is getting to almost 600 degrees running on Natural Gas. The dealer I bought it from, set it up for me. They said that they drilled out the orifice in order to convert it from LP to Natural Gas. Is this the standard process, or is there a proper orifice that should be installed?

I thought there was a Holland supplied part that would rectify the orifice size for Natural Gas. Sounds like your dealer opened things up too much!

definitely sounds like the Dealer drilled out the orifice to a larger size. You should order a #53 orifice for natural gas from Holland. Part # SG2-111-53
