I want to try cooking eggs on my Holland Grill but in checking the recipe section it says to cook them on the "half grid". I don't have a half grid so my question is, has anyone cooked eggs on the regular cooking grid? If so, for how long? I don't want hard cooked. Just a little runny.

I have done eggs on mine. I have used a cast iron skillet to do eggs and pancakes. Can also do eggs in a muffin pan with a bit of butter and drop the egg in.

We do them using a muffin tin. We usually 'wisk' in diced ham, 1 egg per slot in your tin, cook for about 15-18 minutes, top with shredded cheese and serve 'as is' or my personal favorite is on an English muffin..

I agree with Jr. I've cooked them on just the regular cooking surface in a muffin tin. 15-18 minutes is right on.
