I am the original owner of a 10 year old Holland Epic. I have loved every meal on it. Recently I noticed uneven cooking. So I started it up last night and looked underneath to find the cast iron burner cracked or rusted through and burning gas on the shaft. I was about to order a replacement when I noticed that it should be covered under warranty. I have serial number but dont know the exact purchase date. (it was a christmas gift from my wife) Any idea if I can get this covered under warranty without the purchase date?

I had a similar problem about a year ago and the folks at Holland were very helpful. I called the 800 number and talked to a young lady that told me the burner has a lifetime warranty and she would get one out at "no charge". She did and I got it about 5 days later. Also, Holland paid the shipping charges. And she never asked about the purchase date.

Called and received replacement today.thanks wonderful to call them and talk to an actual person! Holland owner for life!
