Any tips on cooking a 24 oz 1" Porterhouse Steak? How long to get to medium done?


I like marinating my steaks for a couple of hours in Italian Salad dressing. Then I will season, usually with Lawry's seasoning salt or Hollands Greek Seasoning. Heat the grill to temp cook 10 min and flip cook 10 min more. I usually check the firmness of the thickest part of the steak pressing with a tongs and if too soft I will flip and cook for another 5 mins. Enjoy!
