If you like the taste of apple cider vinegar you have to try these wings. You get the tang of real Carolina BBQ. Let me know what you think.

24 chicken wings
2 cups apple cider vinegar
3/4 cup tomato paste
1/4 cup katchup
3 tbs packed brown sugar
1 tbs penut oil (or what you have)
1 tbs worcestershire sauce
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tsp salt

Place all ingredients in a pot and cook over med high heat. When it boils lower heat to simmer. Simmer wings until just cooked through, about 25 min.

Cover and refrigerate over night.

Pre heat the Holland Grill

Grill wings and baste with the left over sauce until browned, 10 to 12 min.

Thanks, Fred. Can't wait to try them out.
