Topic Title: Two turkeys

I have not found any info on cooking two turkeys on the grill at the same time. Is it possible? Is the cooking time longer? Has anyone done two turkeys at once? HELP please!

I Don't think two turkeys would fit unless you are using a Holland commercial cooker.

It depends entirely on how large the turkeys are. 2 10-12 lb birds should be fine. Any larger & the heat is not going to circulate properly. Don't even ask about how long it will take. Just use a probe type thermometer & cook to 175-180 degrees internal temp.

Hope this helps.

Jack,Yes you can grill two turkeys that size easy on your holland.I did two birds 16lb two years ago for TG.THEY TOOK 4 HOURS I DID TURN THEM AROUND IN 2 HRS.GOOD LUCK AND GOOD EATS

Well..I cooked my first Turkey(s) on the grill today. Cooked one 13-LB Bird and 2 6LB Breast, all at the same time. I really didn't think that I could fit all 3 of them on there, but it worked. It was pretty cold out this morning, so the grill temp never got above 325. Took about 2 hours for the breast and 3 for the whole turkey. Just rubbed them all down with butter and sprinkled some seasoning salt on them and they turned out GREAT ! I never really care of white meat since it is usually dry, but like the chickens we cook...they were all nice and juicy. LOVE MY HOLLAND !

I cooked two 14 pounders on Thanksgiving. Best turkeys we have had. Juicy and moist. It took @ 3 1/2 hrs. to 175 degrees.

So now I know.
