I have not had much success in cooking bone-in hams on my Holland grill. In the past I just followed the instructions on the package. This has not had the results that was desired. I realize that the problem is with me and not the grill. Does anyone have some tips to share? It is a bit cold up here (-10) but perfect grilling weather and I will adjust for the temp. I just wish I could cover my grill (the cover is frozen to the deck).
Merry Christmas

I've cooked some great Bone-in Hams in the cold wheather of North Dakota. I fill a baking pan with a mixture of 1/2 water and 1/2 apple juice. Place the ham on a V-rack. Set it in pan and let it cook. The steaming liquid keeps the ham very moist.
