Would like to try a duck on the Holland.
Any ideas?


Joe, I've grilled just one duck and basically all I did was season it with Carolina Seasoning, set it on the grid, and grilled it to 175 degrees F.....everyone said it was delicious. I noticed it wasn't as greasy, but it was very juicy.
