I just bought a Holland at a garage sale, and am just learning about them. I did not see any recipes for burgers, but lots of roasts, seafood, etc. Can it be done?

Sean

Sure. The Holland is the best gas grill on the market for cooking burgers. Download the cooking time chart. I use about 10 mins per side depending on the thickness of the burger. Most importantly, do NOT open the grill to check between flips. Preheat grill. Cook 10-12 mins....flip.....10 mins...Eat.

Kathy, look on our website (www.hollandgrill.com) and click on the left CUSTOMER SUPPORT>Cooking Tips>grilling burgers and steaks. You'll find some good tips here. Hamburgers on a Holland are truly delicious. They're juicy, blackened but not BURNED and of course, hassle-free to grill. Have fun!

I followed the section in customer support for making hamburgers and I let the grill preheat for about 30 minutes. I put on season salt and placed them in the grill for about 11 minutes a side. What a great burger.
