Does anyone know if I can use soaked wood chips with my grill, in the little box I usually put the flavor pellets in???

Soaked wood chips don't work well in the chip drawer. They don't start to smoke until the water has evaporated from them, so they take longer to start smoking. I have used soaked chips, put them in a aluminum foil pouch and poke a single hole in the top. Before lighting the grill, lift the drip pan and put the pouch on the back left corner of the flame deflector. Put the drip pan and cooking grid back on and light the grill as you normally would. It will supply smoke in about 15 minutes(usually right around the time the grill comes up to temperature). It will smoke pretty heavily for about 8-10 minutes. You can also use the foil pouch with Flav-O-Buds(without soaking) for a heavier smoke flavor for Pork Shoulders,Brisket etc.
